met jia hui on monday during lunch time to take my stuff from taiwan! woo hoo! she's back from her 1-2 months taiwan intern trip and become super tan. haha!

i only asked her to help me spree stuff from taiwan because she dun charge $3 per item like those stupid spree organizers does! i trust her with helping me buy stuff from taiwan. all sorts of stuff!

can u believe everything above costs $35 sgd include shipping. lol.

My lovemore masks has arrived! if you buy from watsons it costs $9.90 each box. i bought 2 different box of love more masks and it cost me $10 after shipping. super worth it! each box contains 7 masks! woo hoo!

met up with esther at clementi for dinner! had the usual fish slice noodle from the hawker because is just so nice! haha! always queue damn long for it. but this time we queued together cuz most of the people ta bao home rather than dine in there.

=).

had a short catch up with her. we went to get koi after our meal before going to clementi mall to blow air con! lol.

with our koi! she just bought her whitey iphone 4. i was still whatsapp her in the day saying that i dun have camera with me not even my phone, but i add on saying is okay you got iphone4 now and we can camwhore easily with the front camera of iphone4. lol.

ta bao koi for boy that day and she ta bao 2 large koi for her family. lol.

we'll be meeting up soon to get yy's birthday present and also to celebrate yy birthday in sep! =)

Friday - 19th August 2011

went home after my course to put my stuff before going out to JP bakerzin for dinner with boy!

got to put the notes and cert as i was carrying a small bag lol. the 2 days course actually very useful. i can wake up later then usual, there's free tea break provided, morning and afternoon so basically all of us skip lunch. didnt spend a cent of $$ for meals that 2 days, the course actually quite useful for me as it helped me understand more stuff. so we did coding for 2 whole days! LOL! damn tiring.

my whole month of october will be busy with attending course. no idea how many days i will be in office but at least i'm glad i'm busy lol.

so i bought the groupon voucher for bakerzin! woo hoo! paid $20 for $40 worth of food in bakerzin! the queue was damn long la but heng we went early. there's still many people queueing when we leaving that time.

Very lucky that our cake is different because we actually can't choose the cake. so we share our pasta and cake. haha. If both of us eat 1 chocolate truffle cake each, we might suffer from sorethroat. lol.

Good thing my besties always buy 1 slice of cake from there and we share among ourselves. if not will eat till very sianz and sorethroat if is the whole bakerzin cake. lol.

shall rest early today. had a great meet up with esther last night. =). looking forward to a great weekend!

bought these baby stich for ai shi as her farewell present. cuz she love stitch even the thumbdrive she name it stitch! lol. there's once she's finding the thumbdrive, cuz we thought lost already, so she went around asking people whether they've seen stitch around. lol.

chocolate cheese tart from a bakery at depot heights shopping centre. very popular among working adults near there because we got to queue quite awhile for it. all the office ladies buy back for tea break. is damn filling la!

i bought 4 home after work on last fri. it was the last few already because the other flavours like blueberry and strawberry sold out. so nvm take the chocolate one. ai shi treated us to eat recently and i find it nice so decide to buy home for breakfast cum lunch on sat. lol.

just few days back i tried the blueberry one. still prefer chocolate. lol.

watched zookeeper last weekend with boy. is a funny and light hearted show. =)

life great when i'm on course because tea breaks are provided. and we save on our lunch money! the morning tea break they gave us nasi lemak to eat. so basically there's not a need to eat lunch lol. afternoon there's tart to eat. what best is i dun need to wake up so early because the course starts at 9:30am. It ended at 5pm today, i reach home by 6:30pm. lol. damn shiok the train also less crowded. its been sometime since i reached home so early.

guess i better cherish the days when i go on course..lol..oh and we can bring camera phone/camera/ipad when we go on course. lol. i changed back my phone last night cuz means from thur all the way to sun i can carry my camera phone. almost forgot how to use. lol.

friday tml! great plans for the weekend. busy weekend! on course on monday too. hehe.

Saturday is meant for watching movies! can't do it on a friday because i really scare i will fall asleep in the theatre. lol.

so last Saturday, boy and i decided to watch horrible boss!

awesome and funny show. had a great laugh. highly recommended especially if you like hangover. cuz the humour is some sort like those in hangover.

I shall blog about some random stuff about my work in point form!

1) clearly remembered that the orientation on first day ended at 5:50pm. gosh lol. and i met guo liang to go home together. he saw me carrying lots of stuff home like those free company polo t-shirt, lots of files on the company policy and the company mug. lol. heard from colleagues that the mug is good because it help to keep drinks warm. but i still prefer to bring my own mug to work.

2) on the third day of work, we went to dine in at aston for lunch! 18 of us! practically the whole team came down to have a farewell lunch for ai shi. she's also the one sitting beside me. feel so sad that her last day was today.

3) i'm sitting with all the chua's lol. cuz there's our own name on our own table. basically people come to our area will eventually find out that all the chuas are sitting together. HAHA!

4) those guys sitting behind me are kind and funny guys. even though they are not from the same project team as us, we eat lunch together. oh and they are mostly from NTU.

5) this is really random, i myself also cannot believe that in my team there's like 2-3 couples.

6) The most fated until cannot fated thing is...the table that belongs to me now..it used to belong to ai shi's bf..and her bf's name..the 3 initals of his name are exactly the same as mine! OMG! his inital also CJX! LOL! they dun really get used to looking at JX this inital because they will think is the ex colleague and they got confused before. haha! fated thing is i'm actually taking over his work. lol.

7) today is ai shi's last day so we went tiong bahru to dine in at Xing Wang Cafe! no pictures for sure cuz we work in a no camera hp place. haha! our hp range from very lok cok to smart phones! like no one carrying the same phone in the team. lol!

8) good news! i'm going for a 2 day course next thur to friday for the project! the whole team is going! very important course to go hopefully it really help us. no idea if there's cert but i hope so. haha.

9) then on following monday i'll be going for another 2 course under the compulsory courses to attend by the company. kind of not much related to work but have to go. so basically from next thur i won't be in office till following tuesday. omg lol.

10) at first i thought the 2 weeks after the national day public holiday would pass by very slow, but all these courses are gonna keep me busy and soon it will be pay day. lol!

11) will be planning for more courses to go in sep cuz there's totally no public holiday in sep. wth! got to clear 7 courses within 6 months of joining!

5th August 2011

Offically completed 1 week of work! feel so proud of myself! lol. having to wake up so early every morning is a bitch but after i get used to it is much better.

To reward myself, Boy and i went vivo for dinner on friday! tgif!

we went to have ramen at vivo city. actually we dun really know what to eat but we know that stretch of restaurants at level 1 so decide to go there explore since we never try before.

Aoba Restaurant. It sells hokkaido ramen. kind of different from the normal jap ramen we always eat especially the egg! i still prefer the egg from normal jap ramen.

yea the egg they give u is 1 full egg without cutting it into half for you.

Boy tried it before with his friends and find it not bad so he decide to bring me there to try it too!

now that my workload is little i can afford to relax! Now is the busy phase of the project but it's okay to go for holiday in dec! yea! glad to hear that. shall start planning soon~ lol.

30th July 2011 - NDP Preview 2011

This year NDP was held at marina floating platform. last year was at padang and last last year was at floating platform too.

refer to my 2009 Ndp Ne Show 3 entry here! the view is different from at padang one. i prefer floating platform actually. lol.

we only reached the place nearly 5pm? went to get eskimo bubble tea first at esplanade xchange cuz the weather is freaking hot. at the underground link to esplanade xchange, i saw wei an and gina. they also going to ndp but sitting at a different sector.

as usual collect the goodie bag but tmd those people infront walk damn slow. they just can't decide where to sit. so i saw these 2 auntie secretly sit at another column which is somewhere below a little, i also wan to go over but the usher came over and say i cannot choose my seat. at that point, i was feeling hot and yea he apologised for it and asked me to understand but my tone was super harsh on him and i even stare at him.

if they dun let people choose seat then why people settle down so slowly??!! try to be orderly but is not efficient afterall. -_-". good thing there isn't any old people or pregnant lady around.

us with the visor that they give. damn useful! cuz after we wear it, after awhile we dun feel so hot already. i tell boy that i won't wan to throw away these cuz next time company event can use. lol. damn auntie but i dun care.
