IEM Graduation BBQ - 20th May 2011

By right i'm suppose to join them early but i've got a interview so got to meet them late. But still when i reach they are still buying. guess cuz of those late comers who suppose to meet at 2:30pm end up came at 3:00pm. lol.

Anyway i reached there by 4:00pm. change out of my formal everything before meeting them.

Having a BBQ to end off everything since our first event was xmas BBQ. As usual headed to PS carrefour to grab the food. The day before i went to buy tongs and etc with darwis at JP and asked him to bring home first lol. Cuz getting it at NTUC is much cheaper than carrefour. Orchard should build 1 NTUC. -_-'.

Anyway by the time we pay $$ and everything, lots of them join us already! haha! quite a lot of them came to help us carry to darwis house(meaning we walk from PS all the way to paragon)..quite a long way though..:S..

Reached his house and everybody just nua. -_-". The JJDD team start to make water first. Quite -_-" cuz 4 person trying to figure out how much to add and etc. lolol. Then we started wrapping the corns and all the sambal related stuff. shiok! The guys went down to start fire and some continue marinate chicken.

Most of us were downstairs stoning leaving a few of them marinating chicken. So those downstairs started on eating the bee hoon that darwis's dad cook. LOL! We started eating first and left 1 pot for them, still trying to destory evidence that we started eating first without them.

Okay this part is super -_-". darwis created this big ice using plastic bag but it can't fits into the tumbler leh! So by using the laddle to 'qiao' qiao' till it breaks cuz is hollow inside. lol.

They didnt throw darwis down this time. but merely soak him. lol.

Cant believe that uni life has come to an end its as though we just knew each other yesterday. it may has come to an end but defintely not our friendship. =). Looking forward to convocation and prom night now!

Wednesday 18th May 2011 unoffically marks the day of the end of my uni life!

It was quite a hectic day, job interview then rush to school for FYP oral presentation! FYP oral presentation is the last part! finally done with it!! YEA

Prof asked me to burn everything into a CD and pass to EEE office which i'm going to do it somewhere this coming week as i need to meet my NIE prof to so call give a closure to this fyp. Was quite kan cheong about the fyp oral presentation cuz its my virgin time 1 person presenting. omg! haha! glad that is over and feel so high! cant believe that i've graduated and of cuz i can watch all the shows i wan without feeling guilty now.

Procrastinate and drag many days before i finally start to prepare the slides. :S.

Anyway hendi and darwis were in school as they were having their oral presentation with their prof first then next week with their examiner.

So i join them for lunch, rush for my presentation, then when its done met up with them again! We headed to starbucks for 50% off frappucino! Darwis were suppose to be studying for his final paper on the 19th but end up we talk cock till around 6 pm before heading home! lol.

i went watsons sales first as its not 3pm. both of them start queueing first but i faster rush back to join in the starbucks queue if not i got to requeue myself. When i reached there its almost our turn! haha!

Pirates Of The Carribean - On Stranger's Tide Gala Premier!

Actually i've won 4 tickets to the gala premier, one pair from facebook, one pair from nuffnang.

Waited for bf to come back from his last paper befoer we head out! Before that i went chapter 2 to have my haircut, and was in orchard in the morning. then at night went orchard again. sianz to the max!

But anyway by 6:15pm we reach orchard, wanted to eat waruku but is so far away from shaw! Latest by 7:30pm i should reach shaw to collect 2 tickets for my 2 mystery friends and pass them the ticket, as it starts at 7:45pm. Then the one i'm attending starts at 8:30pm.

The pai seh thing is when i collect for my 2 mystery friends, it was the same booth as nuffnang. pai seh lor! i got to tell the person i'm also won the nuffnang one. Like so cheapo like that but she know i pass the other 2 tickets to my friends. 好东西是要分享的!

So we anyhow dined in at watami restaurant and ordered the $49 set for 2. Quite regret cuz really can't finish!

Yea the hotpot finally come! Attack the beef first! LOL!

This salmon rice is like pepper lunch but the taste very different. don't really like or maybe i trying to stuff my stomach with other stuff.

Threw this into our hotpot! actually 1 hotpot per person is more than enough to fill your stomach.

The person help us crack the egg. must be see we got no space to do such big action thing. very cramp cuz we got too much things on the table!

We had 1 pizza which we requested to ta bao. too full already. I treat it as supper and eat. hahaha!

Rushed over to shaw to find my 2 mystery friends to get the tickets for them. Collected my tickets also before heading down to isetan to walk awhile before we go in the theatre. Actually we should have went in earlier, didnt know the theatre is open already when is only 7:45pm and the movie is 8:30pm.

Honoured to be the first batch of audience to try the shaw lido max theatre seats! the whole new 3d experience. Anyway shaw lido become so much nicer now!

worked with the girls yesterday as surveyors again! i guess we all love this job. =). This time round was with shirley, li hua, judy and shirley's bf's brother. Last round judy can't make it cuz of exams and qian join us the last time round. =). and for the very first time there's me, shirley, li hua, judy and shirley's brother alan.

cant believe we work for the company since 2009. time flies! Will never forget the time judy and i sat outside vivo, doing our art work and getting weird stares from people. lol.

Accompany judy before she meet XX for movie. Then i meet up with li hua to go cityhall to wait for qian. She's helping out in the eee event so couldnt join us this time roumd.

Had dinner at astons! Love it! guess the last time i ate the most time of astons were during the january holiday. Life those days were without worries! Time doesnt even exists in our dictionary. lol. We can meet to play lan at chambers, dinner at 9pm at the cathay astons, walk from doby ghaut to somerset, drink some beer and home! So everytime lan game = astons. Missing those moments!

Received my first wedding invitation from brenda! =). Can't believe that it has been poly days till now when i've just graduated from uni. so many years back since i was 19 doing attachment. -_-".

Now that my final exam in ntu is over..i'm a free bird! whahaa!

After last week of school is bascially studying everyday! Then only like 4 days study break then 2 days paper consecutively. gosh! Even on may 7th still went back to school to take paper before getting out of school to vote!

Last com270 lesson! it was great cuz ms nikki ordered catering for us! fortunate to have such a good teacher!

we dun have lesson that day except to stay in the lab to finish up all the unsettled business like exporting video out, burn into dvd and etc.

food!! Damn full lor. is suppose to be tea break but i think we had it as dinner. -_-'. u just need to have 1 of each and is very filling! i didnt even eat the muffin.

So now here's my thoughts on election results which basically distracted me for whole of last night. ><.

Defintely notice a big change of votes! Much more people voting for opposition(especially in the east area) even though PAP still won in the end. There were so much void votes. wth! Really have no idea what they are thinking..they've got no stand? they cant be bothered or they really dunno who to choose cuz neither opposition or pap is good for them?

Despite the fact that PAP still won majority of the seats i hope they have really heard our voices and have a plan for us for the upcoming 5 years. Singaporeans(majority) have believed in them once again but defintely hoping that they will change all the issues(High cost of living, foreign talent, hdb going up and up and etc)..

And i really think the opposition party has done well! all seats contested except tanjong pagar grc, it was the first time in history that ever happen! They've work hard to fight for a voice in parliament. All the rallies going on during my exam period(totally distracted by it, but i make sure that everynight before i sleep i check whats going on and when i wake up i check all the updates!)

Is part of revising for ENS(is linked to ENS but is not tested lol!)

To me this election, pap is like going for a exam. I guess they might expect they can't get an A/B+..but maximum is B and for some areas can get a D they happy enough. Big sigh of relief for all of them!

And as for george yeo, after i study ENS i realise foreign minister is like damn impt to a country because Singapore had to have many good relation with many other countries! He's one of the humble one that talk from his heart! I mean which minister bother to have his personal facebook account and connect with commoners from the ground..haiz!

Many ups and downs this election, but now i'm looking forward to see how my MP install CCTV at every block and also most importantly do not let foreign workers drink beer outside their dormitories! He's considering a market in my area, if these were to happen i would love him to bites! no joke! Had enough of foodcourt, fastfood!

With the high cost of living, if there's a hawker really helps cuz i love the variety of food a hawker has! sugar cane..seriously i dun think i can find a cup of sugar cane for $1.50 at my house area. wth! got la jp food court which i suppose they should be selling for $3.o0.

But I cannot say for the last 10 years my MP did nth for me!

1) the extension of JP - Thanks for making JP the biggest mall in the west. =). people from everywhere like to flock to JP during weekends for shopping, dinner and etc.

2) the air conditioned interchange - just last week i walk to JP the first place i step in was the air con interchange, damn shiok can!! it was so hot! For me i can take bus, for those who stay near cannot take bus how? is so hot everyday to walk to JP, and imagine the interchange no aircon, practically they got to walk another 200M before they reach inside of JP to enjoy the aircon.

On days when i sit 179A without air con to bus interchange, i'm like melting, stuffy! especially on 12noon like that when i was going home on a friday! Then once alight is like ahhh~ air con!

I appreciate it a lot and it benefited everyone except those rich people who drives and then complain government use our money build this kind of useless things.

3) Jurong west stadium - you would be surprise by the crowd of people every morning and evening, is like 100 + people running togeher, healthy lifestyle!

4) The Jurong Safra - i been there to eat before cuz there's the jap foodcourt there, the swimming pool + gym there is GREAT but i never used it. There's Kbox with touch screen there.

5) Now people are flying kites at the dunno what park suddenly forget the name and they build a Mac there. great!

6) oh ya i forgot pioneer mall. recently they just upgrade the mac for the dunno how many times again. Looking more and more atas. lol. and less and less seats for people to study. -_-". The foodcourt food is great but is either u choose mac/foodcourt lor. If they have like kfc build on the 2nd level since most of the shops redudant one i would be happier. lol.

so basically this game is you first choose your character, there's captain jack, angelica and captain barbossa for you to choose from!


First round i chose captain jack(my all-time fav)..After choosing, there's 3 spots for you to plant your ship, and 3 spots for you to attack, so basically the sequence is u choose 1 spot for your ship(our of the 3), u choose 1 spot to attack(out of the 3), and it goes back and forth till when its finally done, you will just sit back and see how the battle goes!

So i lost in my first round. They manage to bomb my ship once and i never hit them at all! This game is pure luck! haha!

Being unhappy with it, i retry again! lol. this time i chose angelica. Maybe jack sparrow really got no luck. =(

This time i smart enough, cuz for 2 rounds i purposely dun move, and i purposely attack the same spot twice! haha! cuz i was thinking the probability of at least hitting my opponent once is 2/3 now. So good enough, i win! They manage to hit me once, and i hit them twice! YEA!

This game is about uploading your photo and decorate your face! haha! i think is super fun la! There's facial hair, scar, gold tooth and lots of weird weird stuff for you to play around with!
