When we went BKK, we were still in contact with the rest of the world because we bought the data plan SIM card. On our last day of the trip, we received news that the completion date of our flat is in Dec 2013.
So much for getting connect to the rest of the world, and we ended up feeling shocked. lol.Our block is the first to be completed among the BTO project, so they will be releasing the keys to us first. We joined the BTO project's facebook page and they are constantly updating status/sharing ideas.
Few days after we are back from bkk, we received this letter below and also HLE letter to be completed and resubmit again.
For a clearer view..
The estimated completion is 1st quarter of 2014, hence I believed all blocks will be done by then or at least request the residents-to-be to resubmit their HLE. As for keys collection, they might drag a little depending on what is your queue number.
We have submitted our HLE and HDB approved it within the next week or so. Now, what's left is key collection. We can't wait to step in and start taking all the measurements before proper planning. It's not easy to plan without seeing the actual size and dimension. All your effort/ideas you have thought of, might be gone to waste without knowing it.
The first batch of collection for my block is this coming Friday! So fast! Lots of planning work to ne done with our ID before getting down to the renovation. We found our ID, kept her informed of when we planning to start our renovation and etc, so we are left with the actual planning which will have to wait till we go down to site to see!
Looking forward but also can't bear to part away with that big sum of money! I know, it's contradicting. :S

hi, did you submit your hle online or via snail mail? or you had to scan the form and then email to hdb?
ReplyDeleteHi there. I remember they snail mail me the forms. We got it filled it up, scan and then submit to HDB through their e services portal once you login the hdb page with your singpass :)
