Met up with my besties for steamboat! super looking forward haha! i was the one who suggested steamboat! esther told me nana and bi shi could not make it then i realise we can open up to more choices for dinner because there's 1 vegetarian and 1 who on her way to convert to halal. -_-".

We add meat like nobody business into the steamboat especially pork! lol.

The steamboat is located at Chinese Garden! omg lor so near and we can go home easily! since everyone of us stay in the west and we are getting more and more lazy to head town. because we cant stay late and dun wish to take cab home! can't stay late on a sat cuz claire,jason and esther is working on sunday too.

I was quite surprised when i reached because i didnt know there's sooooooooo many steamboat outlet in chinese garden. just cross the overhead bridge and there's many steamboat stalls! gosh! all of them are priced the same $16.80 on weekday, $18.80 on weekend. no gst or whatsoever. thats the nett price.

No more going to bugis/marina for steamboat! yea! lol.

taken after maybe 1/2 hour of steamboat-ing. boy asked me why my steamboat got so many rubbish one especially the flower crab. haha! but their crab is not fresh at all! claire and jason are the only two who ate it, i'm just lazy to eat. claire feedback to us and say that only the legs are fresh. lol.

Anyway cuz we were sitting in a very cooling spot with fan blowing at us directly, but our soup never even boil at all! -_-". so when there are seats inside, the lady boss and her workers help us to move in. is much more spacious inside and there's aircon.

Btw i guess we are the only singaporean here. -_-". Mainly china people there. Dunno y is such a popular spot for them maybe cuz is cheap and is weekend. great gathering place for them.

We saw many of them ordered this Harbin Beer so we decide to order also. Totally like a sua ku lor! Everyone stared at us when we tell the lady boss we want harbin beer. She still ask us wan get 3 bottle anot cuz buy 3 get 1 free. is damn cheap actually cuz 1 bottle only costs 6 dollars! If we are not wrong, the beer very common among china people.

It looks like heineken though.

Anyway is actually rice beer.

The taste is very light like german beer, kinda diluted maybe thats y is cheap! the 5of us share 1 bottle so very nice drink finish and can go le. lol.

Because we were feeling very full, we went for a walk at chinese garden! Thats y i say is good to eat somewhere near. By the time we eat finish is only 9 plus. we walked till 10 plus before heading home. Still can take a stroll and talk cock before going home. Everytime dine in town we got to eat finish faster rush back already. Cant walk around also because by the time u eat finish all the shops close already. -_-".

Love such sat night with my gfs! But i guess the next time we meet will be during YY's birthday in sep. hard to meet up nowadays but i'm glad we make the effort to meet up rather than let the friendship dies off.
