I super pei fu those classmates of mine who got to wake up early to travel from east side to NTU and attend 8:30am lesson. and they did it for 3 years. omg! wan my life please but of cuz i know they sleep on train. lolol. and on way back they try to get a seat and sleep all the way hoping that they wont appear on stomp. lol. FYI: most of my classmates stay in east side. lol.
Anyway why would i travel to tampines on a sat morning is because i went to detox with judy and xx.
Judy have been very interested to try this thingy out when she know that the detox centre near at her house area is open by my bf's relative. She have been telling me about it for YEARS and cuz now is after exams, and she's going taiwan the following week, so faster arrange for her to go for the detox session since is just like 10 minutes walk from her house to the place.
Balance and cleanse is the company name! click on it to find out more about it. So basically they have 2 branch, 1 in tampines and 1 in aljunied.
The person first take our blood samples and put it under microscope to see our blood cells. Basically mine has lots of uriec acid in it that look like chicken chop. So we were saying it must be the chicken chop i ate yesterday night lol. But is amazing to see there's so many toxics in your body. Boy did not had a blood test cuz he did before so he came to solely detox. haha!
XX's blood is not so oval and round, there's cells with jaggered edges, those are with batericas, as for judy leh..her hand was sweating cuz she's afraid of the pain, in the end her blood was diluted and with salt. -_-'.
After taking the blood sample we start our 1/2 hour detox session!
Let me give a short explanation on how the machine works.

Quoted from the website on how the machine works, and y is it detox through leg! Judy asked this qn to bf's aunt. haha! quite surprised to know our leg has so much pores and that explains y our feet is always so smelly after wearing covered shoes for long.
Anyway other than clearing detox, it also helps clearing blood clots which is good for old people and also for women who always have cramps during their period. By having this detox it help clears blood clot to ensure a smoother period!
So basically we soak our feet into this tub, then holding this 2 tube which send the waves to our body, from there toxics will be coming out and had chemical reaction with the water in the tub thus causing it to change colour! Oh we did level 2. haha! actually to me i would prefer something higher lor lolol!
Judy and my water was the most chui one! XX and bf one is more normal.
The staff gave us a analysis on thingy that we see in the water. Bf's aunt told me that i did not have enough sleep and my lymph nodes is chui! defintely lor! XX ate bread before the session, his water got a lot of white bubbles which refer to releasing of yeast! WHAHHA!
So after the session, feeling healthier we left for lunch! Oh the staff gave us 2 voucher for our parents. I defintely recommend my that 2 east side friend to bring their parents there to detox with the free voucher for first trial. Even though old people might need it more than us, but i think young people nowadays got many problems too due to sleeping late and forever infront of computer. so there's no harm in young people trying out such detox method! of cuz we should exercise more and drink more water.
i even told judy that 20 years later remember to go do it often since i guess she's gonna stay in tampines for the rest of her life. lol.
