Rosti Making

Thursday - 28th July 2011!

Its rosti making day! saw on jen's blog that she recently make some rosti alike stuff which tempt me and boy to make some rosti ourselves! so we woke up and went giant to get all the stuff needed! potatos, grater and nth already lor. pepper cuz my house run out of it, oh and butter! haha!

after grating the potato. is so dangerous so boy was the one doing the job! damn sharp and scare we might cut our hand. saw in hell's kitchen someone cut his fingers while doing it so we were abit afraid. lol.

omg rosti! thats our reaction when we first flipped our rosti over! haha! amazing that all of them stick to each other and also the colour really look like the marche rosti!

The first try, i think we put too much so is a little thick! so inside not as dry lor. prefer thinner abit.

2nd try was much better! haha! btw my house de pan is non stick pan! so is very zai haha! and damn easy to wash too!

so we realise we actually like to eat crispy rosti, so boy went to make a super thin rosti! hahaha! but it looks super ugly!

LOL! but is nice! cuz every bite is super crispy hahaha!

that day we went to watch captain america!

not bad show! i mean those who played marvel heros on their play station would remember captain america because of his shield! haha! didnt know his quite powerful like green lantern like that haha! but they can't compare to iron man la!

those who intend to watch remember to continue stay after the credits cuz there's a trailer for the part 2 of it! i didnt watch it but i know there is something at the end! if you miss it then go youtube search for it! :p.
