It was my company movie event at The Cathay! That morning i was caught in a meeting till 11:30am. We got to be at cathay around 12:30pm. lol. Okay la, our office is not that far and is convenient to go there via north east line.

Had a very filling lunch buffet at there! By right we suppose to eat less cause of the buffet dinner at night, but the catered lunch was too nice! Anyway there's extra time before the movie starts at 3:30pm, the few of us went to PS to shop as a few of them want to shop for xmas present.

Back to The Cathay and collected our popcorn and drink!

Anyway the seniors started to queue to go in the theatre around 2:40 like that. By the time we joined the queue, there's many of them infront of us. Since is free seating is best to be at the front of the queue. The seniors signal to us to join them at the front but we were very pai seh to cut other people queue. But anyway we still cut their queue!

The movie was not bad and tom cruise is really good with all the stunts he did!We headed over to Rendezvous Hotel for our buffet dinner! The staff were kind enough to let us in and sit down first while waiting for the buffet to start!

Anyway there's still many cooked food but i didnt take much photos of it!

Oysters! This is super omg fresh! lol. Really afraid my stomach cant take it but nope still manageable!

Their award winning laksa! But seriously i think the is the same as the famous claypot laksa at alexandra village! Ever since i started working, i've been to many different markets like the Redhill market for curry rice and nice soya milk, Alexandra village for laksa and ba chor mee, Telok Banglah(just opposite my office) for cheap with huge portion food like the vegetarian and fish ball noodles! Everything is just $2.50 and so nice!

The desserts i took! But we basically eat lots of durian desserts that night. It can be comparable with those at goodwoodpark hotel!

We set to have dinner every 2 months. So the next one would be after CNY! The buffet dinner at rendezvous is to celebrate xmas + new year la! haha! And cause straits cafe have this UOB/DBS discount, it's worth to go for it! =).

Oh ya we purposely wear red to be in the xmas mood la! We even jio the seniors to wear red/green and they really wear it! haha!

Looking forward to the CNY event this friday! CNY Shopping to woodlands! Weee! Get to buy cheap and nice cny goodies follow by renuion lunch at tung lok east coast! Dim sum lunch buffet!
