Ice Cream Dessert @ Tom's Palette

After the steamboat dinner with the girls, we head to Shaw Towers which is just directly opposite where we were having our steamboat for desserts!

I didn't know that there were so many nice eateries inside Shaw Towers, they have nice and cheap thai food (as mentioned by my gfs, I'm so going back there to try), even the Starbucks located there is less crowded compare to others in the town area.

Many shops have closed by then but Tom's Palette, which is found at a corner is buzzing with customers on a Friday Night.

We actually gave up on finding seats because it was packed so we were thinking of make do with takeaway or stand somewhere to have our ice cream.

Just as we were looking at what flavours of ice cream to have, there's people leaving so we manage to get a seat then :)

The variety of ice cream they have is really extensive. You can request to taste it before buying it.

This salted caramel cheesecake is da boom! Claire and YY have this as 1 of the 2 scoops they ordered. :)

2 scoops in a cup costs $5.60!

On the left is what Esther and I had chose, Milk Chocolate and Chocolate Scout. On the right is what YY and Claire chose, Salted Caramel Cheese Cake and Rum and Raisin!

The Chocolate Scout and Rum and Raisin has alcohol content in it. hehe.

A shot with the ice creams before we dig into it.

I'll definitely love to go back there again because their ice creams are really yummy and affordable :)

Nana came to join us at a later time because she went to settle her wedding stuff. It's been awhile since all of us hang out till late (reaching home after midnight) like in the past :)

One last shot to end the day :)

I'm already looking forward to our CNY gathering and perhaps a Feb meetup session. We tried really hard to make it a monthly affair and hopefully it do happen!
